Carter p4070 fuel pump is working well. 2 days after install the pump is working well. Jeep starts easily and idles smooth. Acceleration is also smooth. Many people have talked about how loud it is, but I found it to be the quietest of any. pump I have used. The previous pumps I have used lasted only 4-5 months.

Since the e2000 pump is a “pusher” pump it cant pull the fuel out of the fuel cell even after i primed the pump and got all the air out of the system etc.

Fuel Pump – posted in Motorbike: Im starting a promotive build now ( changed my mind I like the subframe setup from pro-mo) I was wondering what people have done about the fueling. I have an early type tank with a su pump approx 2-3 psi. No return. Can I simply upgrade the pump and add a regulator? I know some people said about the mpi tank but Id rather stick to what Ive got if I can.
